Visiting the Black Sea Coast is an experience in itself. The spectacular setting, the unique marrying of different ancient cultures (Thracian, Roman, Greek, Turkish, Slav), the quality of food (Eastern Mediterranean in style), the fine wines … all combine to turn a property scouting trip into a small adventure.
We pick you up from the main Black Sea airport of Burgas (or from Sofia airport) and drive you to your hotel of choice (here, we have several options to offer, so please, inquire further).
Depending on the length of your stay, we arrange for a chauffeur driven trip around the area. In addition to viewing properties available for sale, the itinerary includes a number of hidden desert beaches, wildlife reserves and beauty spots.
At the end of your visit you are driven back to the airport (some 20 miles away) with an option to visit Sofia beforehand.
Sofia is some 240 miles to the North-West of the Black Sea Coast and can be reached by car, fast coach or train. We are investigating the possibility of offering helicopter transfers in the near future.
The basic cost from 1st October to 1st June of a two day, one night property viewing trip is £ 299 per person, inclusive of car and driver (from and to Burgas airport)*, accommodation on the Black Sea and friendly guides who are always generous with their time and advice.

Transfers from Sofia airport to the coast have an additional cost of £ 50 by chauffeur-driven car, £ 10 by coach and £ 10 by train.
